Funeral Expenses / Terms of Business

Our Funeral Director’s, Kenny and Steven appreciate that in the first few hours or days following the shock of a bereavement that the help of a trusted and understanding funeral director can be invaluable and a great source of comfort to the family. During these early stages of bereavement it can be difficult and, we feel, inappropriate to discuss the subject of funeral expenses. However, at the same time, we understand that this information is important to family’s to enable them to make informed decisions. Our fees are fully transparent and flexible to your funeral wishes. Some fees are essential, others (third party costs) are optional, therefore the total cost of a funeral will depend on the choices made. This will be explained by our funeral director on their first visit when a detailed estimate will always be offered for your planned funeral. In accordance with the new Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Legal Order, a generic standardized price list and terms of business are included for your information. However, we always recommend that you contact us for an accurate personalized estimate.

STANDARDISED PRICE LIST

All funeral directors are legally required to publish this Price List for a standardised set of products and services. This is to help you think through your options and make choices, and to let you compare prices between different funeral directors (because prices can vary).
