On the 2nd of June 2025, peacefully at home, Betty Rankine formerly of Beattock.
Was laid to rest in Kirkpatrick Juxta Cemetery with her late husband James. This was a quiet family service at Betty’s request.
THORBURN, Walter
On the 26th of May 2025, peacefully at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary, Walter Thorburn of Oakfield Drive, Dumfries.
A much-loved husband of the late Joyce, loving father to Garry and a dear grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
Service to be held at Roucan Loch Crematorium on Thursday 26th June at 12 noon, to which all friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Dementia UK and the Salvation Army.
